Customized Products
Due to the personalized nature of our products (name boards, greeting cards, and explosion boxes), we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges unless the product is defective or damaged upon arrival.
Defective/Damaged Products
If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the product with photographic evidence. Upon verification, we will provide a full refund or a replacement at no additional cost.
Refund Process
Refunds will be processed through the original mode of payment and will be made within 10-15 business days.
Changes to Order
Any changes to the order (design, personalization details, etc.) can be made within 24 hours of placing the order. No changes will be entertained after this period.
